By means of a series of innovative accessories it is possible to achieve important energy savings.

Energy saving solutions for water chillers

100% heat recovery:
This system consists in an additional condenser in parallel with the standard condenser allowing, when necessary, to entirely recover the condensation heat, generally dissipated, for heating or industrial processes purposes.
During the water chiller operation, it is possible to recover the 100% of the dissipated heat acquiring very important energy savings.

Partial heat recovery:
A plate gas/water heat exchanger in series with the standard condenser allows, when needed, to recover about  20% of the chiller cooling capacity from the overheated gas temperature, for post-heating purpose or sanitary use. With this solution it is possible to reach water temperatures up to 75°C.

Accessory for air conditioning units

Post heating with hot gas:
In presence of normal or extraordinary ambient thermal charge variations, may happen the need of controlling the relative humidity increase by adding sensible heat to the already cooled and humidified air. For this function can be used part of the condensation heat provided by the refrigeration circuit, which should however be dissipated. This avoids to add other electrical utilizations (electric heaters) in addition to the compressor. The heat recovery is obtained by the thermal capacity of the hot gas from the compressor exhaust. The heat is injected in a heat exchanger positioned under the cooling coil. The exit is again connected with the main circuit, in direction of the condenser.
